I came for help regarding an upper arm injury sustained through exercise. At the time, the injury was painful and restricted my movements. I was given massage therapy, ultrasound & kinesiology taping. Also strengthening exercises & treatments to use away from my session. The treatments provided have exceeded my expectations. Paula is a very knowledgeable and experienced practitioner who listens well and offers good guidance. As a consequence of her interventions, I have developed increased awareness of my anatomy. The pain from my injury has reduced significantly and there is no question that the massage therapy has helped with this. My mobility and agility have improved in relation to the position from which I started. I would recommend her without hesitation.
